These Terms and Conditions govern the online sale of the following products:
Extra virgin olive oil, wine (dry and fortified), liqueurs, bitters and gin, typical products (e.g. zibibbo grape jelly).

3. Sale of alcoholic beverages 🔞

The sale of alcoholic beverages is permitted only to customers aged 18 or over.

By placing an order, the customer declares to be of legal age.

The seller reserves the right to:
refuse or cancel suspicious orders, request age verification, refuse delivery in case of doubt.

4. Conclusion of the contract

The contract is considered concluded upon order confirmation via email.

5. Prices

All prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are indicated separately during checkout.

6. Payments

Accepted payment methods are indicated during checkout. Payment is required at the time of order.

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are indicative.

Delays attributable to the courier are not the responsibility of the seller.

Delivery check

The customer must verify the integrity of the package upon delivery.

In case of visible damage, the package must be accepted with reservation.

8. Transport damages

Any damage must be reported within 24 hours with photographic evidence.

Otherwise, no refund or replacement will be possible.

9. Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days.

Exceptions (Art. 59 Consumer Code)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
perishable food, opened sealed products, products not returnable for hygiene reasons.

10. Product compliance

Products must be reported within 48 hours if damaged or non-compliant.

11. Invoicing

A fiscal document is issued for each order. Invoice is issued only upon request.

12. Privacy

Personal data are processed in compliance with GDPR.

13. Intellectual property

All website content is protected.

14. External links

We are not responsible for third-party content.

15. Changes
